There's nothing quite like spending a day with our friendly alpacas! Whether you're stopping by to shop for beautiful fiber products, learn a new craft, or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the farm, we'd love to welcome you to Ocean Breeze Alpacas in Berlin, Maryland.

Farm Store Hours

Our farm store is open every Saturday from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Before making the trip, we recommend keeping an eye on our Facebook page for weather closures, special events, holiday hours, or schedule changes.

Visiting Outside of Saturday Hours

If you'd like to visit the farm or shop in our farm store outside of our regular Saturday hours, we ask that you contact us in advance to schedule your visit. Because this is a working farm, we are not always available for walk-in visitors during the week.

Farm Experiences & Services

We offer a variety of experiences for fiber enthusiasts, animal lovers, and groups of all ages, including:

  • Alpaca feeding (Free of Charge)

  • Bus tours and group visits

  • Private spinning lessons

  • Private knitting lessons

  • Group drop spindle classes

  • Group spinning wheel lessons

  • Spinning wheel repair and maintenance

Whether you're picking up a spindle for the very first time or you're an experienced spinner looking for personalized instruction, we're happy to tailor lessons to your experience level.

Planning Your Visit

We encourage visitors to wear comfortable shoes and dress appropriately for the weather, as much of your visit will take place outdoors. Don't forget your camera—our alpacas are always ready for photos!

Our farm store features yarn spun from our own alpacas and llamas, handmade fiber batts, hand knit apparel, and unique items created by local artisans.
